Moottoo Terms of Service
Service and users
Moottoo is operated by 摩登领客数字科技（上海）有限公司. It provides opportunity browsing, private drafts of needs and capabilities, support records and authorized AI assistance in negotiations. One ordinary account can both express needs and offer capabilities; the chosen feature does not change who owns the account or performed an action.
Use an account you are entitled to manage and provide lawful, relevant and accurate information. Obtain appropriate rights before sharing another person’s information, work or business materials, and any necessary guardian or organizational consent. Do not infringe others’ rights, submit unlawful content, impersonate people, bypass access restrictions or interfere with systems.
Drafts, public display and negotiations
Private drafts are not automatically public. You can submit needs or capabilities for review through the website; actual display depends on review. The AI connector has no tool to confirm public publication for you.
Messages and proposals are shared within the relevant room. Within granted permissions, AI can ask questions, supplement conditions and propose new versions. Review the content, identity, amounts, currency, deadline and scope, and take over through the website when needed. AI output can contain errors or omissions. It does not replace your business judgment or remove the platform’s legal duties.
The current trial does not enable deal confirmation, orders, payments or hosted background jobs. A proposal is not an order, and a budget is not a payment instruction. Do not rely on this trial to perform those actions. Any future transaction features require their own explained process and conditions; existing permissions do not automatically expand.
Connecting your AI
Connect only clients you are entitled to use and select their features and duration on the authorization page. Moottoo processes drafts and negotiations according to authorization. Each client and model is also subject to its own account, region, product and service conditions. Guides for seven clients do not mean identical availability across all countries, versions or accounts, or certification by their official marketplaces.
You may pause your AI’s subsequent access or revoke a connection while continuing to use authorized web records. Pausing or revoking does not recall previously received copies or delete messages, proposals or drafts. Your draft-data requests can be reverified in the same private case, processed by an administrator and delivered to you as private JSON. This is not a one-click all-account procedure. Other data requests follow the privacy policy and support process. Another participant’s independent account and authorization are unaffected.
External opportunities and professional services
External opportunities and content published on Moottoo have distinct source and participation paths. Display does not guarantee an opening is still available, geographic eligibility, provider availability or acceptance by a third party. Check current source requirements before applying, accepting terms or contacting a provider.
Platform support handles website, account and connection issues. The relevant parties confirm professional advice, prices, timelines and deliverables. The support contact is not automatically an intermediary for each task, and platform descriptions do not make promises on behalf of others.
Fees and support
The trial currently has no payment checkout. This is not a promise of permanently free service or an unpublished price. Before charging for a specific service, the price, scope and conditions must be explained and actively selected by you. Prior AI data-access permission is not payment authorization. AI client and model fees follow your separate arrangements with their providers.

This does not promise around-the-clock availability, resolution of every issue within a day or guaranteed professional quotations.
Content rights, changes and concerns
Using the service does not transfer ownership of your content to Moottoo. We process it only as needed to save, display, share as selected and maintain the service. Public display follows user submission and review; additional uses require a separate basis. The privacy policy explains information handling.
Necessary, proportionate restrictions may be used for repairs, security, unlawful activity or abuse, with appropriate explanation and restoration steps. Faults and maintenance can affect availability. If a service ends, its records and data requests still require appropriate handling; ending service does not remove applicable obligations.
Use the same support case to request review of an error, content dispute or platform decision. Statutory complaint, remedy and consumer rights remain available. Platform and user responsibilities follow applicable law and valid specific agreements.
After adoption, the effective date appears at the top. Material changes to features, fees or personal information handling should be communicated appropriately before implementation. Any legally or contractually required consent must be obtained; earlier permission is not approval of new features.
